StixToGo specializes in the design, manufacture and distribution of single use products/accessories for convenience stores, coffee shops, restaurant/hospitality chains, food and beverage distributors and advertising specialties companies. Our unique, reusable sticks plug a standard coffee lid to eliminate splashing and spilling in more than 14,000 stores worldwide.

We've recently partnered with Australian paper-packaging leader Detpak to bring unique, new specialty coffee solutions to North America. Detpak's double-insulated Ripple-Wrap™ is Australia's top specialty hot cup - it provides outstanding hand comfort and heat insulation without the need for extra sleeves or cups.

The Ripple-Wrap™ cup and lid system - combined with StixToGo - is extremely price competitive. And with reusable and biodegradable Stix, along with cups that require less raw material and are compostable in commercial compost facilities, StixToGo/Detpak solutions are cost effective and environmentally sound.

We work closely with our customers to deliver a product that improves their own customers' experience. Shipment and Handling

Internet Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 12pm EST will be processed and confirmed the same day. Those orders placed after 12pm EST, or on weekends, will be processed the next business day. Orders are shipped FedEx or UPS Ground. A physical address is required for shipment. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please allow 3-7 business days for shipping, after the order is processed.

Return Policy

StixToGo has remarkably low return rates. However, we recognize that there may be circumstances when a customer feels the need to return a product. If this were to occur please contact us at service@stixtogo.com or 1-800-435-6789. You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Code and a FedEx or UPS shipping return label. All merchandise must be shipped back in its original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Payment Processing Security & Privacy

StixToGo Inc. processes credit card payments for the purchase of goods as outlined by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard set forth by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council. All personal data is required to be kept under strict protection and is encrypted within electronic data storage or Internet transmission. Customer information, payment or otherwise, will not be sold or shared with third parties.
