A Letter to Our Customers Regarding COVID-19
Whether you are new to our StixToGo products or a longtime customer, we want to thank you for being an important part of the StixToGo Family. As the world responds to the spread of the Coronavirus and new government regulations are being put into place, we want to ensure you of our continuing commitment to safely support you and your business during this difficult time.
Our top priority at StixToGo is to ensure our products follow strict cleanliness and safety protocols to maintain our promise to deliver the best quality products to you for you to serve to your customers. To demonstrate these commitments, we would like to share key elements of our ongoing manufacturing and distribution processes as well as steps we are taking to further protect our factory workers.
Our products are primarily manufactured in factories located in the USA and China that meet or exceed local environmental and safety standards. Our China factory maintains a cleanroom type environment, with employees wearing specially designed clothing that prevents natural human contaminants from infecting the products and the work environment. Workers are required to wear masks, follow washing procedures with 75% medical grade disinfectant, and wear gloves at all times.
Our China workers have been educated on the potential signs for fever, coughing, and cold like symptoms. Worker temperatures are checked and recorded three times daily using infrared forehead thermometers. Any employee found with these symptoms is isolated to special isolation rooms and reported per local government requirements.
Our packaging and shipping processes are done via sealed boxes and containers. All handling of Stix products in the US and China is done via the controls outlined in the facility and employee protocols identified above.
As many coffee houses and café businesses move to carry out and take out options only, please know that we are ready to take on all challenges.
